Overview

If your company uses job rotation as part of its career development program, there's a chance that employees on rotation could be exposed to sensitive or confidential information from other departments. The same may happen when deploying employees temporarily during crunch time to assist with work outside of their assigned team. In such situation, putting in place a Delegate Confidentiality Agreement is a smart move to protect your company from unwarranted disclosure of information. 

The Delegate Confidentiality Agreement outlines expected conduct from the employee when handling sensitive or confidential information. There's an email script that accompanies the Agreement which you can simply cut and paste into the body of an email and sent to the employee. The work of drafting an email has been done for you! Basically, the Agreement and script can be used as is without any major customisation required. There are input placeholders for a description of project assigned and additional conduct expectation (if required).
