About Conduct Policies

Conduct Policies are the policies that protect your company and are typically included in an employee handbook/manual along with orientation and company information, rules and benefits.  These conduct policies are the reason employers ask staff to sign an Employee Handbook Acknowledgement Form to get written confirmation that a staff member has read and understood the conduct expectations.
