How is the Recognition Award Nomination Form used?

This form is used to provide a standard method for nominating and recognizing employees for their contribution and efforts to their department or team. Being recognized and recognizing others helps build a supportive and positive workplace, it demonstrates to employees that their efforts are noticed and appreciated and It encourages teamwork and helps to increase employee morale.
