What is the HR Toolkit Program?

Up to 30 of your clients will have free and unlimited access to the HR Toolkit for Small Business for as long as you maintain the program. A value of over $20,000 annually.

As a Program member, you'll get immediate access to the HR Toolkit - just like your clients. An additional value of $680 per year.

Marketing Tools to Promote the Program to your Clients

You'll get:

A unique "100% off" Program Code that you'll pass on to your clients.
A branded marketing web page customized specifically for you and your clients. Show me an example
A Resources web page that outlines your program and how to market your offering:
- Content and graphics to place on your website to promote the offering to perspective clients.
- Pre-written email scripts to promote the offering to clients.

Reports

You'll receive quarterly reports listing the names of clients that have signed up. You'll confirm that all names on the report are bona-fide clients and advise which clients should be de-activated.
You can request a report at any time.

How much does it cost?

$725 CAD for 6 months, (15% discount already applied).
Valid for 30 client sign ups.
We'll contact you 1 week before your plan expires to renew.

How does it work for my clients/employers?

Your clients will receive information about the program from you based on your preferred communication method with them.
They'll be directed to your customized web page - and add the subscription to their cart.
They'll enter the '100% off' Coupon Code you'll provide them and complete the check out process to register their subscription.
If your clients have any questions about the program, they'll contact us directly. Less work for you!
The best part?... As long as you're subscribed to the Program, your client gets access to the HR Toolkit - for free!

What else do I need to know?

Effective April 01, 2024, we've made the following changes:
- We've eliminated the 15% discount that was historically applied to first sign-ups and renewals. The discount is now already included in the pricing since almost all orders since 2018 have applied the 15% discount.
- The program now covers 6 months instead of 1 year and pricing remains unchanged.
During the check out process, you'll sign off on on the HR Program Agreement.
Your 6-month HR Toolkit Program Fee is good for up to 30 of your clients/employers signing up with us using the 100%-off Program Code.
- Once 30 of your clients have signed up, (in other words, once you've reached a value of $10,170 for your clients), you'll have to purchase an additional HR Toolkit Program block that will be good for another 30 clients.
- Typically, approximately 30-40% of your clients/employers will sign up and we recommend you send out the offering to all your employers/clients with a caveat that you reserve the right to limit the availability to 30 clients.
- Once your 6-month Program expires, your Program Fee renewal will be based on the number of clients you have signed up at the time of renewal.
Your Program is non-transferrable and can only be used and offered to clients by the legal entity that signed up for the HR Toolkit Program. If you dissolve your current entity or merge with another broker, contact ConnectsUs HR for next steps.
Your HR Toolkit program code is only valid for your active clients. Once a client is no longer with you, you must advise ConnectsUs HR of their departure so they will no longer have access to the HR Toolkit or HR on Call services.
Find out about important sign-up information and restrictions communicated to your clients on your customized web page.
If you choose not to renew your program:
- Your coupon code will be expired.
- Your promotional web page will be unpublished.
- The subscriptions of your clients who signed up will automatically be expired permanently without the ability to reactivate them in the future. If you choose to reactive them at a later date, ConnectsUs HR will have to manually recreate each client's account and an additional administration fee of $250 will apply.
- Each of your clients will automatically be notified by our system with an email that their HR Toolkit subscription has expired and will be invited to renew their subscription at their discretion.
