What is the HR Toolkit Program?

It's a discounted program available exclusively to CGIB members that differentiates your offering by providing your clients with a free subscription to the HR Toolkit for Small Business, valued at nearly $700 a year for each of your clients.

HR Toolkit for up to 30 of your Clients

Up to 30 of your clients will have free and unlimited access to the HR Toolkit for Small Business for as long as you maintain the program.  A value of over $20,000 annually. 

You have access to the HR Toolkit

As a Program member, you'll get immediate access to the HR Toolkit - just like your clients.  An additional value of $680 per year. 

Marketing Tools to Promote the Program to your Clients

You'll get: 

  • A unique "100% off" Program Code that you'll pass on to your clients. 
  • A branded marketing web page customized specifically for you and your clients.  Show me an example
  • A  Resources web page that outlines your program and how to market your offering:
    • Content and graphics to place on your website to promote the offering to perspective clients. 
    • Pre-written email scripts to promote the offering to clients.

Reports

  • You'll receive quarterly reports listing the names of clients that have signed up. You'll confirm that all names on the report are bona-fide clients and advise which clients should be de-activated. 
  • You can request a report at any time.  

How much does it cost?

  • $725 CAD for 6 months, (15% discount already applied). 
  • Valid for 30 client sign ups. 
  • We'll contact you 1 week before your plan expires to renew.

How does it work for my clients/employers?

  1. Your clients will receive information about the program from you based on your preferred communication method with them.
  2. They'll be directed to your customized web page - and add the subscription to their cart.
  3. They'll enter the '100% off' Coupon Code you'll provide them and complete the check out process to register their subscription. 
  4. If your clients have any questions about the program, they'll contact us directly.  Less work for you!
  5. The best part?... As long as you're subscribed to the Program, your client gets access to the HR Toolkit - for free
