How does HR on Call work?

Once you’re subscribed, you can get your HR questions answered by an HR advisor by phone or email.

  1. Log in.  (You can only access HR on Call if you are logged into ConnectsUs HR).  
  2. Send us an email. We'll get back with you within 4 business hours weekdays, minus holidays; or
  3. Schedule a call back. We want you to get connected with a professional advisor and not a 24/7 call center. You’ll be asked to book a consultation and will usually be able to schedule a call for the same day, typically within a couple of hours. and access a professional HR Consultant. 
  4. Leave the rest to us!
