How do I access HR on Call?

Once you’re subscribed to HR Complete, you can get your questions answered by an HR advisor by phone or email.

You can only access HR on Call if you are logged into ConnectsUs HR.

1. Log in here if you're not already logged in.  
   1. Send us an email.
      We'll get back with you within 4 business hours weekdays, usually sooner;
      or
   2. Schedule a call back. 
      We want you to get connected with a professional advisor and not a 24/7 call center. You’ll be asked to book a consultation and will usually be able to schedule a call for the same day, typically within a couple of hours, to access a professional HR Consultant.
