What's the difference between HR Toolkit for Small Business and HR Toolkit for Consultants?

The HR Toolkit for Consultants is essentially the same as HR Toolkit for Small business, but the HR Toolkit for Consultants also includes the following:

  • Special licensing for Consultants that allows you to use the templates and resources for clients
  • A module that features an additional download of pre-assembled folders and shows you how to create your own master HR toolkit and re-use it when providing services to clients.  
  • Nominal price increase.

Can only be used by small business defined as: 

  • Having employees
  • Not in business to provide HR services or products to clients
Can only be used by HR consultants 
Licenses 1 license for one legal entity – HR materials, HR documents, or HR processes produced using Connectsus can only be viewed and implemented by the legal entity that purchased the ConnectsUs subscription 5 bi-annual licenses for use with clients where services are also provided by the HR consultant. The HR toolkit may not be re-sold as stand alone products by HR consultants without being accompanied by related services.
Re-purposing Not allowed – The HR Toolkit may not be re-purposed for use outside the legal entity that purchased the subscription. May be re-purposed for up to 5 clients per subscription. 
Price Small business pricing – single license Consultant pricing – multiple licenses - nominal price increase. 
Users The HR Toolkit can only be accessed by one user, identified at time of subscription purchase. Same as Small Business.
