Does an HR Consultant have to disclose to their clients that they're using the HR Toolkit for Consultants?

When  you are or were once subscribed to HR Toolkit for Consultants, then you don't have to disclose this to clients.  As long as you deliver HR solutions using ConnectsUs only when providing HR services to your clients while your ConnectsUs for Consultants subscription is active, you do not need to disclose its use.  In other words, you can't just sell the templates. 

HR Consultants are also under no obligation to maintain ConnectsUs branding on HR documents and templates.
