What are the terms & conditions of HR on Call?
HR on Call terms and conditions are included in the HR Complete terms & Conditions and are available HERE.
Top clauses are as follows:

HR on Call is free as long as your HR Complete plan is active.

You will not share access to the program with anyone within or outside your organization. The program can only be accessed by one individual.

You will not ask questions on behalf of another entity or persons.

You agree to be available to answer the phone 5 minutes before and after the scheduled start time of the call.

If you miss 2 call backs in a month period, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the end of the following month.

You will not attempt to enter into a separate business relationship with any of our HR advisors with whom you may or may have not had contact with.

ConnectsUs HR is not a legal firm. Advice and recommendations are provided by experienced HR professionals who will advise you when you are required to seek legal advice.

It's never happened in the 15 years we've been in business... but in the remote event that you incur any losses as a result of our advice, your damages cannot exceed the price you or your Plan Administrator paid for this service. This is a standard clause in most, if not all licenses and terms of use agreements. (We're just not burying it in fine print. )
