Aug 19, 2022 changes to Employee Manuals

The following changes are effective August 19, 2022. 

  • Based on customer feedback, The Employee Manual Kit has undergone a significant overhaul with a simpler instructions and navigation and clearer calls to action. You can acccess the menu from the right. 
  • Due to low uptake and confusion, QuickStart Employee Handbook template is no longer available. The HR Toolkit now includes one employee manual template (previous known as HR Manual Plus) for each province of Ontario, Alberta and BC that includes a comprehensive menu of topics/policies. Users can easily delete entire sections or individual policies with a click of a mouse to create a condensed employee handbook.
  • The Employee Manual Template:
    • Has been re-organized to place the sections that are most commonly used up front.  You can preview the new employee manual table of contents here
    • Includes color-coded sections and topics so users can easily see at a glance which topics are critical and highly recommended.
