The following is an example web page that demonstrates how you can organize and archive your current and past Employee Manual versions so that employees can always refer to the terms and conditions of their employment they agreed to adhere to when signing their employment agreements. 

About ABC Employee Manual

This Employee Manual (the “Manual”) will answer most questions you may have about the Company. 

Staff Policies: The Manual also includes a 'Staff Policies' section that clearly outlines the expectations the Company has of all Staff.  Agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in Staff Policies is a requirement of employment. Note that not all staff have signed off on Staff Policies, but all staff will be asked to sign off at some point.

The Manual was first released in January 2015 and is a dynamic document that changes periodically. Some changes are minor such as to correct grammar, spelling or a hyperlink, and others are fundamental.
