What are the terms & conditions of HR on Call?

Your plan administrator’s information web page outlining the details of their offering to you includes a full contract that you’ve agreed to by signing up for the HR on Call program.

Top clauses are as follows:

  • HR on Call is free for you, the user, as long as your plan administrator is subscribed to this program.

  • You will not share the Program Code with anyone within or outside your organization. The Program Code is only known by one contact individual in the client’s organization.

  • You will not ask questions on behalf of another entity or persons.

  • You agree to be available to answer the phone 5 minutes before and after the scheduled start time of the call.

  • If you miss 2 call backs in a month period, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the end of the following month.

  • You will not attempt to enter into a separate business relationship with any of our HR advisors with whom you may or may have not had contact with

  • ConnectsUs HR is not a legal firm nor employment lawyers. Advice and recommendations are provided by experienced HR professionals who will advise you when you are required to seek legal advice.

  • It's never happened in the 15 years we've been in business... but in the remote event that you incur any losses as a result of our advice, your damages cannot exceed the price you or your Plan Administrator paid for this service. This is a standard clause in most, if not all licenses and terms of use agreements. (We're just not burying it in fine print. )
