What are Instructions for Staff?

Every HR Toolkit template that's designed to be used as a modifiable form, spreadsheet, or other modifiable document, comes with a set of detailed Instructions for Staff.

These instructions explain how to complete the form, or use the spreadsheet or document. Providing them saves you having to repeat instructions and answer questions over and over again, and gives your staff the answers they need whenever and wherever they're using the document.  Make them available and you'll never have to answer the question, "How do I fill this out?" again.

It also provides your staff with process details. Such as:

• Who needs to approve it?
• Where does it go once it's filled out.

It's up to you whether or not you customize and launch the Instructions for Staff.  We provided them because we would have loved to have had them when we were running HR for small business!
