What about legal HR matters?

Unfortunately, HR on Call does not include legal vetting.  The cost of a 6-month HR on Call subscription is equal to less than 2 hours with an employment lawyer.  Including legal services as part of HR Complete would not be feasible. 

Think of our HR advice as the advice you would get from your experienced in-house HR Manager if they did not have access to in-house legal counsel.  There are times when your HR Manager would need to get advice from an employment lawyer. When that happens, we'll let you know.
