Do I need to be logged in to renew?

Yes. The system can only process  your renewal if you are logged in.  


RENEWALS: 
I'm not sure which product I purchased or when it is expiring. How can I find out?

Close this window and click on the Get it Now button on the information page.  You will be prompted to login with your email and your password.   Or log in from here.

The subscription you purchased and its expiry date will be shown on the login page, as well as an option to renew. If you renew, be sure to use Renew15 in your shopping cart to get 15% off.  


RENEWALS:
I tried to log in to renew, but I can't remember my user name or email.  

Your login user name is your email. The email used to sign up for your original subscription is the one  we used to email you that your subscription was expiring.  Can't find that email? Chat with us on the Chat function on the bottom right of your screen, or contact us here.  


RENEWALS:
I purchased an HR Toolkit for Small Business and now I'm interested in purchasing a consulting product.  But my original account won't allow this. 

You can still purchase the other subscription. But you'll have to create a new account.

Here's why:  Different rules are in place for purchasing for small business or for consultants.  For example, the HR Toolkit for Consultants is the same product as the HR Toolkit for Small Business, but has different pricing and licensing rules.  When you sign up for one, you can't sign up for or purchase the other with the same account.  

For Example: If you originally purchased the HR Toolkit for Small Business while you were employed by ABC Company where their website is ABCcompany.com and your ConnectsUs HR account email was SalinaS@ABCcompany.com, and you now want to become a consultant to create HR for your clients and purchase the HR Toolkit for Consultants using Salina.Singh@gmail.com, you'll have to create a new account and user using  Salina.Singh@gmail.com

STEPS:

  1. If you're logged into the Resource Center, log out at the top right of your screen. Hover over your name and click Logout. 
  2. Once you're logged out, you can purchase your consulting products here by signing up as a new user.  If you've used your second email address in the past as a Trial user, the system will ask you to login, but there will be no purchase restrictions.  
  3. Remember to use your Coupon Code Renew15 to get 15% off all 3 eligible consulting products & Bundle. The Website for Consultant is not included in the promotion.   

RENEWALS:
I purchased one of the Consulting subscriptions. But I'm no longer a consultant and am now an employee of a business and want to buy the HR toolkit for Small Business. What do I do?

How do I use the Renew15 discount coupon code?

Easy. You enter Renew15 in the coupon code field after you add your subscription to your cart. 


RENEWALS:
When does the 15% renewal discount promotion expire? 

Our system is set up to accept the discount code until 5 days after your subscription expiration date. After that time passes, the discount code will no longer be valid.

Are all products eligible for the renewal discount: Renew15?

All subscription products are eligible for the discount. The HR Consulting Website is exempt from this promotion. 


Are the subscription prices a one-time price?

HR Toolkit and HR Consulting Kit are 6-month subscriptions that provide access to the restricted Resource Center. Subscriptions are renewed bi-annually at your discretion and don't auto-renew. You don't have to renew once the subscription ends, but you won't have access to revised or new templates and updates.

NOTE that once you download your templates, they are yours to use in perpetuity - as long as you don't share them outside the entity that purchased the license.  


Do you store my credit card and auto-renew my subscription? 

We are one of the very few online companies that DO NOT auto-renew subscription plans without your permission - meaning that your credit card will not be charged automatically once your subscription ends. Ever.  We're not sneaky about it and don't hide the auto-renew checked box in the fine print. We believe that if you like our products, you'll choose to renew on your own! 

In fact, we never see your credit card information and we don't have an auto-renew option. When your subscription ends, we'll send you a reminder by email and if you want to re-subscribe, you'll re-enter your credit card information. If you don't re-subscribe - you'll never get charged. 


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods. As well as paying by check. You will see an option for check payment during the check-out process when you're asked to pay. 


I don't trust websites with my credit card. How do I know it's safe?
