Several jurisdictions have begun requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination (a.k.a vaccine passports) to enter some indoor spaces.  As a result, we've created a new Vaccine Passport Portal that provides you with up-to-date information and templates on this rapidly changing topic!

Effective September 13, 2021, certain BC businesses will be required to collect proof of vaccination from its participants for certain types of venues.

Under this new BC provincial health order, find out:

  • Do employees also need to be vaccinated?

It's not crystal clear with regulatory bodies pointing to other bodies for guidance with no clear yes or no answer.  But we've gone through the materials and will provide our advice on the topic of mandatory vaccination. 

Ontario

Beginning September 22, 2021, Ontario will require proof of vaccination focused on indoor public settings.
