How many persons from my business can access HROC?

Only one individual.

When you sign up for HR on Call, you assign one individual with a unique email address to access the service.

The person contacting us must be the registered HROC account holder. Other employees within the business aren't covered under the subscription.

This helps ensure management or admin representing management, is aware of the HR issues being discussed and the advice being provided.

It also protects against the rare situations where an employee may contact us independently to seek advice or strategy relating to a dispute or issue involving management or the business itself.
