Who has access to the finished HR documents and templates?

Access levels refer to the audience we think should have access to a given document or template.

ConnectsUs uses 3 access levels and the intended access level for each document/template is indicated in its unique document ID code (e.g., JE-ALL-3530-M):

• ALL – Document/template does not contain sensitive information and can be accessed by all staff.
• MGR – Document/template contains sensitive information that could be misconstrued by non-manager-level staff. Access should be restricted to managers and HR.
• HR – Document/template contains sensitive and/or confidential information. Access should be restricted to HR.
