What Word skills do I need?
Depending on the content and complexity of the Word document you're working with, you'll need to do some or all of the following when customizing it:
- Replace and resize a graphic
- Cut, copy, and paste text
- Edit and delete text
- Use numbered lists and bullet lists
- Apply basic formatting and styles
- Copy and paste rows/columns in tables
- Modify text and check box form fields
- Modify, move, or delete text boxes
- Update a table of contents
- Insert and update hyperlinks
- Save a document as a read-only Word file or as a PDF
