Support and updates for ClearSite Complete and QuickStart are available through an annual subscription that can be purchased directly in our online store.   

This service ensures our customers are provided with support when working with our products and receive new or updated templates. 
 

Pricing and Renewals

  • $59 CAD per year
  • Annual renewal reminders are sent by email shortly before your subscription expires

or select as an add on when purchasing your main product
 

What's Included

Support and update services include:

  • Free and unlimited email support for all products regarding User Guide related topics.
  • New or updated product templates or subject matter content.
  • Ability to re-download newest version of purchased products at any time during subscription period.  Ideal for acquiring an updated copy of ClearSite Complete™ or QuickStart once new templates or topics are added or updated.  Links to websites for legislated topics are often changing and are updated in newer product versions.
  • A subscription to ImpactsUs E-News.

Purchasing Options

  • Purchase your subscription as an add-on option when you purchase your product, or
     
  • Purchase at a later date here.  When purchasing through the online store, be sure to use the same email address you used when you purchased your original product.

If your Support and Updates subscription is up to date, you may access the following resources for Support:

Email Support

ConnectsUs does not provide phone support.  However, we will be happy to phone you in the case where questions cannot be resolved on email.  For email support or questions regarding how to use the product (topics that are covered in the product-related User Guide), contact us and choose "customer support/inquiries" from the drop down menu. Be sure to include either your order number or the name of the company, email address or individual's name who purchased the product originally. 

  • NOTE: The following topics are not included as part of your Support and Updates subscription:
    • Legal advice.
    • Human Resources advice.
    • Support or advice regarding topics included in products.
    • MS Word or Excel or PDF tutorials.  We may be able to answer general questions regarding MS Office Suite or Adobe PDF, but the many variables surrounding your installed versions of these applications, your operating system, and your individual computer configuration make it difficult for us to answer your questions easily. We ask that you contact your IT resource or organizational power users for support on how to use these applications.

Accessing Client Login

Access the client login and enter the email address and password created when your product(s) was originally purchased, to access the following information:   (if you forgot your password, refer to the "forgot your password" section and the password will be emailed to you).
 

  • Click on "File Downloads" to re-download the latest version of your product(s).
  • Click on "ClearSite Complete or QuickStart Product Updates" (at the bottom of the page) for access to the following information.
    • Legal updates from our legal partners
    • New templates or content released

***Important:  Notification of new templates will be emailed to you.  You must include "connectsus.com" as a safe-sender in your email application or your update emails may be flagged as spam.
